Pricing and Class Schedule

Classes are grouped by age, not experience level.

Adults: ages 15+

Shadow Warriors:
ages 10-14

Ninja Kids: ages 4-9

Mixed Classes: all ages

Spirit Women’s Self Defense:
ages 12+

Sensei Brooks teaches all students, personalizing to each’s abilities.

Due to the breadth of material available, there is no set curriculum for classes. It is not essential to attend every class in a week, since themes and techniques invariably get revisited.
